A pit-type annealing furnace is an industrial heat treatment equipment with a vertical, deep-well structure, primarily used for the annealing of metal materials. Its core feature is the cylindrical furnace body, which is positioned vertically. Workpieces can be suspended vertically or placed inside the furnace. This structure makes it particularly suitable for processing long shafts, rods, coiled wires, and other similar workpieces, effectively preventing bending and deformation during the heating process.

1. The pit-type annealing furnace equipment consists of an electric furnace body, furnace lining, furnace cover, heating elements, and temperature control cabinet.
2. The furnace body frame is made of profiled steel and steel plates welded together.
3. The furnace lining uses high-temperature aluminum silicate fiber cotton, which is made into modules matching the furnace shape through flat and layered laying methods, and is tightened and fixed to the furnace shell with stainless steel round bars. The furnace bottom uses perlite insulation bricks and standard refractory clay bricks to form an insulation layer, and the load-bearing part uses heavy-duty high-alumina bricks.
4. The furnace cover is welded into a circular shape using profiled steel, and the middle part is entirely made of refractory aluminum silicate fiber spun blanket, effectively ensuring heat insulation and sealing.
5. The furnace cover is lifted and lowered manually.
6. The heating elements use 0Cr25AL5 alloy resistance strips (produced by Shougang), processed into a wavy shape and suspended on the furnace lining cotton, and positioned with high-alumina ceramic nails.
7. A furnace liner made of stainless steel plates is placed inside the furnace chamber.
