Pit Type Annealing Furnace

This equipment is an annealing furnace specially designed for spheroidizing annealing of automotive fasteners, aerospace, railway fasteners, power accessories, high-strength fastener wire rods (coils), etc. It is suitable for heat treatment processes such as spheroidizing annealing and softening annealing of medium and low carbon steel, alloy steel, and bearing steel wire rods (coils).

Processing characteristics

Ensure that the decarburization meets the standard (no oxidation, slight decarburization)

1. After annealing, the material surface has no oxide scale, slight decarburization, high spheroidization rate, and stable quality.

2. The heat insulation layer of the furnace cover uses ceramic fiber cotton, providing better heat insulation effect. The structure design of the furnace cover is more lightweight and stronger.

Outer furnace body: The furnace wall uses high-grade ceramic fiber cotton and is processed by a tight and strong pressure method. The furnace bottom has multiple layers of heat insulation cotton, refractory bricks, and seamless heat insulation, providing excellent heat insulation effect.

3. The structure of the inner barrel and convection is lightweight and has a long service life. A reasonable heating method dominated by convection is achieved, and the temperatures of the inner and outer workpieces are more uniform.

4. Super strong convection fan: Large air volume, high strength, fast heating, time and energy saving.

5. Strong cooling system: Speeds up the cooling rate, saves time, and improves production efficiency.
