Working principle
The working principle of the quenching furnace is based on the phase change theory of metal materials. During the heating process, the metal workpiece is heated to an appropriate temperature, so that the metal crystal structure inside it changes to form a high-temperature phase structure such as austenite. Subsequently, the workpiece is quickly transferred from the heating furnace to the quenching medium for cooling, such as water, oil or brine solution. Rapid cooling prevents austenite from decomposing in time and quickly transforms into quenching structures such as martensite, so that the metal workpiece obtains high hardness and high strength.

Box quenching furnace: Suitable for quenching treatment of general small and medium-sized metal parts, such as shafts, gears, molds, etc.
Pit-type quenching furnace: Mainly used to process longer shafts, rods and some large annular parts. Continuous quenching furnace: Suitable for large-scale, standardized metal parts production, such as assembly line operations in the automotive parts, bearings and other industries, greatly improving production efficiency.
