Working Principle

1.The workpiece is heated to the preset temperature via the control system, and held for the specified soak time to ensure uniform structure.

2.The furnace doors are closed and the vacuum system activates to pull the chamber down to the required vacuum level, preventing oxidation during heating.

3.Once the soak period is complete, inert or process gas is introduced into the chamber and a rapid gas quench is performed, or oil quench is used where specified.

4.The control system manages both the heating and quenching cycles precisely, ensuring consistent quality across batches.

Technical Advantages

1.Furnace door configuration: rotary door, side-hinged, or vertical lift depending on factory layout and workflow.

2.Gas quench modes: 360° nozzle jet cooling, external heat-exchanger gas circulation, vertical/horizontal alternating gas flow.

3.Furnace lining structure: Graphite heating elements plus graphite felt insulation; or molybdenum heating elements plus all-metal insulation screens.

4.Vacuum system: Imported or high-quality domestic vacuum pump sets and gauges.

5.Control hardware: Siemens, Schneider, or high-reliability domestic equivalents.

6.Temperature measurement: Thermocouples types K, B, S; recorders: paper or paperless; HMI: analog screen or PC touch-screen.

7.Electrical components: Premium domestic or Schneider/Siemens branded components available for long-term service.
